Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), please return your unused tool(s) within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund of the purchase price (shipping is not included).
If you are outside of the 30-day window since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The tool(s) must be returned by the original purchaser with proof of purchase. And, as previously mentioned, refunds are only available for items within 30 days of purchase.
The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs of their item(s). Returned items can be sent to:

When we receive your returned tool(s), we will notify you. Next, the tool(s) will be inspected, and you will be notified of your approval or rejection of your refund based on the tool’s condition (unused and in the same condition as when it was received). If you are approved, we will process the refund on the credit card used to purchase the item(s) (or original method of payment).
We will notify you when your refund has been processed. You can usually expect your refund to be reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days. However, if you have not received your refund, please note that banks may require additional time to process and post transactions and it is best to reach out to them first. Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective/break under intended use. Please read our warrantyfor more information.
If you wish to exchange your item(s), we can do so within 30 days of purchase. The same rules apply: the item(s) must be returned by the original purchaser with proof of purchase, and it must be unused and in its original condition. If applicable, you will be required to pay the difference for your exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included when you make an exchange. It is the responsibility of the purchaser.
