How long does it take to process an order?
Each order is assembled specifically to the client's configuration, this usually takes us 4 business days to have it ready for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please note the processing/handling time also depends on when the order is placed. You will be notified when your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates
We ship domestically using Canada Post and UPS, we ship internationally using UPS. Shapeshifter offers its customers standard as well as expedited shipping.
Please note that we do our best to keep shipping as cost-effective as we can while getting your order to you as fast as possible. Every order can vary depending on product purchase. Most companies will charge based on dimensional volume.
Tips
Products with a 60” handle are shipped in a larger box and are therefore subject to oversized charges which are unavoidable. We suggest doing a larger order to help make this as cost-effective as possible.
Additionally, our smaller box's default size is 48”x10”x10” – we try to shorten the size of these boxes to save you dimensional weight fees. We can typically fit 3 tools into one of these boxes, so we recommend planning your tool orders to get the most out of your shipping charges.
Shipping Timelines
You can typically expect your package to take 3-5 business days to ship. Of course, the timeline will depend on the service you choose i.e., standard vs expedited shipping.
