It is essential to note that the intended use of Shapeshifter tools includes excavation of soil, striking soil, and striking roots. Misuse of our products, such as using them as a pry bar, smashing rocks, or leaving them exposed to the elements (including threat of machinery), will not qualify for warranty coverage. Therefore, it is the owner's responsibility to maintain and use the tools properly to ensure their longevity.

Lastly, please keep in mind that Shapeshifter Tools Inc., is only liable up to the full purchase price of the tools. The use of our products is at the customer's discretion and risk, and any damages or injuries resulting from their use are the responsibility of the user.
