When we think of what makes a tool excellent, two qualities always come to mind: durability and versatility. With our latest creation, the Porcupine, it is easy to see these two functions come into play.

The Porcupine was inspired by our first generation rake, the Cougar, and we took all the best features of that tool, adding in a few enhancements we knew our users would love.

Measuring in at 16 x 4.5”, the Porcupine is our largest rake to date, ensuring maximum efficiency and coverage when tackling ground conditions. We’ve also included beveled sharpened edges to help you slice through obstacles as you clear your path.

Building on our commitment to user convenience, we’ve included a thoughtful knockout design allowing you to carry two tools in one hand by stacking the tools together for the trip to the worksite. Ensuring a durable tool, we have added in gussets to the head to increase the lateral stiffness of the Porcupine and extend the longevity of your tool even through rigorous daily use.

Just like our other rakes, the Porcupine comes with a 60” round ash handle, customizable to your preferred length for comfort and control.

 

Pairs Well With:

While the Porcupine can do a lot, we recommend if you need to churn up the earth you pair this tool with a Full Size Orca. The Porcupine can efficiently clean up the space the Orca has ripped through and can even de-limb small branches that may stand in your way.
