Grizzly - Full Size Round Wildfire

Like its Grizzly counterparts, the Full Size Grizzly Round specializes in chopping, scraping, and raking.

Because the Grizzly is a multi-functional tool, we wanted to offer an option with a 48” ash round handle that is best for easy rotations in order to get quick use out of the tool’s multi-functions. The Grizzly FSR comes equipped with T400 steel making it ready for tough conditions by offering strength and durability. The head has been shaped with a rake 6” wide and 3” deep as well as a hoe that is 4.5” wide and 4.25” deep, slightly longer than the regular FS Grizzly. The Grizzly FSR weighs in at 5.4 lbs.

Equipped with a wide claw pattern and pre sharpened edges, this tool will make hard work look easy. This tool is best used for digging fire breaks and removing top layer organic and is a capable hand-tool that wildland firefighters can rely on in their day to day.

Our Grizzly lineup pairs well with our Raven’s if there is a larger log in your way that requires hook and pull action for removal.
